To Her Royal Highness, I wish a speedy and smooth recovery.

While in hospital recovering from my hysterectomy I saw a lovely online lecture by a very young guy in the US about iPhone app development. He jokingly said that he didn’t imagine that there were many grannies out there designing apps for the iPhone. If only he could have seen me in my hospital bed, strapped up to scary looking equipment and holding a pillow over my incision as I laughed. I guess he thinks that sex should come with explanatory notes for the over 25′s too! Bless!
Three months on and my app is out there and I truly can say that as far as hysterectomy’s concerned – ‘there’s an app for that’.
